EVENT: Get Lean with Lindy Fitness Class!

I am so excited to announce that I will be teaching a fitness class at Agape Nutrition on Monday July 12th from 5-6 pm.  I recently partnered with Healthy Happies Westfield, whose owners recently opened up another shake shop in Noblesville, Agape Nutrition. This new location has a fitness studio attached, so you can get a workout and nutrition in the same place!  

I hope to see many local friends on Monday to come and get a full body, no equipment, strength and cardio workout with me!  After the class, we can all get shakes together to make sure we are keeping our nutrition on track.
