To get started:
1.) Email me “I want to do the 3 Week Get Fit Challenge!”
2.) Decide what you want to cut out from your diet and let me know so I can help hold you accountable. Perhaps you want to cut out soda, meat, desserts, or dairy to name a few ideas. 3.) Pick out any 3 week workout challenge you want. There’s everything from a FREE no equipment challenge, to an ab or booty challenge or a beginner, intermediate, and advanced gym, stroller or home workout.
