
Over the Summer I had noticed that I had lost weight and muscle. Starting a new job working full time, while trying to do the whole Mom thing and also work my businesses, had taken a toll on my body and I had been pushing my workouts to the back burner. I was determined to get it back and feel strong again. In just one (1) month I was able to:
-Gain 5 lbs of muscle
-Gain 2 inches in my booty
