I’m a divorced Mama of 3 daughters in the midst of a global pandemic, trying to tackle e-learning while working and inspiring myself and others to live a healthy, lean life. I am proud to have many titles aside from Mom: Fitness Coach, High School Cheerleading Coach and Global Skincare Entrepreneur. I am also a Stroller Fitness Instructor, Former NFL Cheerleader, American Baby Magazine “Body After Baby” Contest Winner and My Gym Fit & Healthy Family Contest Winner.
My friends and followers are constantly asking me for advice on how to eat a plant based diet and find a fitness routine that gives results while still being fun!

I’ve decided to write a blog to make my workouts and diet accessible to everyone! I also created this blog for myself, as an honest space to write in that has been very therapeutic while going through my divorce in the historic year of 2020.
Committing to living a lean life is not just about being lean physically, but also mentally and spiritually. It’s letting go of the heavy things that weigh down your mind and soul. Throughout my blog I will share my journey and tips to living a lean life.
Whether it’s fitness, makeup, fashion, traveling, food, and products, I love to explore the great adventure that life is!
