
Yesterday was Monday…and it rained….and snowed. It was almost dinner time, but I decided I really needed a good workout to kick off the week, since I took Sunday off. I did an L3 Gym Advanced lower body workout.
I’m always posting different workout videos and challenges on my Instagram and I get a lot of questions about what it is specifically I focus on. My answer remains the same — VARIETY! I switch up my workouts every day and every week. I’ve always seen the best result from variety. I’ve been focusing more on building muscle lately and less on cardio.
