I’ve found that most people really just need a push in the right direction to get started living a healthy, lean life. I love being able to provide you with this guidance.
This hard-working Mama committed to the L3 at-home workout programs. After she had the push she needed to get started, she got in a great routine and is now committed to cleaning up her diet and sticking with the workouts. She started with beginner and worked her way up to advanced. Here’s what she had to say:
“When I started your program in early January, I was weak and out of shape…weighed 148, with ending your program I now weigh 145 but I have lost inches. An inch off my waist, an inch off my hips and a half inch off both legs (thighs). I feel stronger and I have more endurance. I do admit, my diet took a dive this last month or so which of course I regret. I have been struggling with drinking a ton in the evenings then eating like shit while drinking. BUT with the commitment of doing your program for 9 weeks, I feel like I’m ready to really work to transform my body, habits and over all health.”
