Who wants a better booty? Maybe a better question is who doesn’t want a better booty?! The great thing about booties is that they can always get better. It just takes a little work! I spend so much time doing full body workouts, that I really wanted to put the emphasis and focus on my booty for 3 solid weeks. Hence, the creation of the L3 Booty Challenge!
There is one workout series every week and you will repeat that workout 3 times a week. You should continue to do your own cardio, abs and arm workouts each week. If you need a customized workout plan, you can grab one of my gym, at-home or stroller fitness workout programs here.

At the end of my 3 weeks I definitely noticed a difference! My booty was rounder, firmer and I noticed it pops out more! I gained 4 pounds of muscle and I could tell the difference in the way my booty looked in clothes. I was impressed at the difference in such a short amount of time. Increasing my protein intake was huge for this challenge and I will admit – it was a bit difficult for me to eat more calories and protein than I am use to. Since I am all about variety, I can see myself incorporating this challenge into my workout regimen every few months!
