Who doesn’t want tighter abs? Abs are always on my list of body parts I am currently working on! Although you are constantly using your abs in every exercise you perform, you must make it a priority to isolate them and focus on ab exercises by themselves.
I created a 3 Week Ab challenge and if you start today, you will be finished by Valentine’s Day! All of my challenges and workouts are 3 weeks because it takes 21 days to form a habit. Hopefully after those 21 days, you will be set up for success to continue on with keeping fitness a priority in your every day life.
This 3 week ab challenge is made up of 5 ab exercises to do for 5 minutes every day. It is a simple challenge and will help you tone and tighten your abs. After this challenge, your ab strength will be built up and then you can start doing some more advanced ab exercises!
