
Workout Wednesday
Did you know that I started my fitness career back in 2011 as a Stroller Fitness Instructor? I taught classes all across the western suburbs of Chicago. We had indoor and outdoor locations. We did an hour cardio workout and stopped at stations along the way to do strength training with resistance bands.
I fell in love with Stroller Fitness because it was a full body workout and no excuse if you have kids because they can come with! My kids have all grown up being in the stroller. I still run with my 4 & 8 year old and my 10 year old will ride a bike or scooter next to me.
I have beginner, intermediate and advanced stroller fitness workouts available that are exactly like the programs I taught in Chicago. I can’t wait for the weather to get warm to resume every day stroller workouts! Stroller Fitness was what helped me get into shape after each baby!
