▫️Grab 3 kettlebells- light, medium & heavy. I did 30, 40 & 50 lbs
▫️Start with lightest and hold in your lowest squat for 10 seconds.
▫️Do 10 squats
▫️Repeat both exercises with your medium and heavy weights!
