Ahhh….Cabo!!! Marcus and I returned home from a beautiful vacation that seemed like a complete dream! We stayed at the nicest resort I have ever seen in person or in the movies! The Grand Velas. Travel & Leisure even ranked it the best all inclusive resort! It was seriously so over-the-top, so clean, so friendly, so gorgeous, I could go on and on. The sunset picture above was the view we had from our bed, waking up, every single morning. I would LOVE to go back here some day. It was a much needed vacation for the two of us.

I loved the different infinity pools that the resort had. From our pool view every morning we could see whales in the ocean!
My favorite part of the trip was the Spa experience. We did hydration therapy which consisted of getting in different temperature pools to open and close your pores and pools and hot tubs with jets to massage certain parts of your body, multiple stations you move around to, followed by an entire ceremonial process of going into a beautiful sauna to rest and relax with the best fruit juices and smoothies all fresh, an ice room to exfoliate with a huge bucket of ice and aloe, followed by a steam room that looked like you were in space and had hot water dripping down from the stars, a full body clay mask to rinse off, then sensational showers, followed by hot candle wax cream massages. It was UNREAL!!! It was amazing.
Now, it is back to reality and this crazy Midwest weather!
