Are you stressed out about staying healthy this season? You’re not alone! It’s almost become a natural reaction, to stay in this constant state of worry and stress ever since 2020. Every single sniffle or scratchy throat, we immediately jump to conclusions that we must have Covid! We spend so much energy analyzing our every symptom and move, who we were around, who is sick and who is healthy, that it takes away from our focus that we should be placing on our own health and our own well being.
There are many ways to naturally boost your immunity. It seems as though a lot of people have forgotten some of the key factors in staying healthy. Those key factors include: eating a healthy diet full of fruits and vegetables, exercising, drinking plenty of water, getting adequate amounts of sleep and rest, getting your daily dose of vitamin D and staying mentally healthy.
I like to go back to the basics with writing down my goals and intentions. If you’re not happy with the way you feel and look, remember that you have the power to change your health. It starts with YOU. No one is going to make you take that first step. The most I can do is hope to inspire you to be better. You owe it to yourself to be the best version of yourself! Feeling healthy and good about yourself is a feeling that is like no other!

I encourage people to start small. A lot of my clients who are looking to improve muscle tone and get rid of fat, will kickstart their health journey with the Lean Body System. I am a huge fan of this system, and I have used it myself for 10 consecutive months! When a client starts the Lean Body System, I ask them to pick three of these lifestyle changes. Tweaking your habits when you start a weight loss system like this will give you much better results! If 3 is too daunting for you right now, just start with 1 or 2. Any small change is better than nothing.

I noticed the biggest change in my health when I started adding in daily supplements. Here is a list of some of the vitamins I take on a daily basis. I have since added even more into my daily routine. In addition to the vitamins, I take the Lean Body System products every day in the morning ( the Burn and the Trim) and I do the Activate cleanse once a month. In the evening I take a spoonful of liquid collagen. There are 4 different types of liquid collagen that you can take twice a day ( or once a day if you’re taking the liquid fat burner Trim, in the morning). If you aren’t sure which type of liquid collagen is best for you, take this quick collagen quiz.

I am SO excited that the new IMMUNE liquid collagen came out this week and mine should be here in just a few days. If you’re battling illness and concerned about staying healthy, this would be the liquid collagen you should be taking twice a day.

Another easy way to boost your immunity and get extra fruits and veggies that you are not getting in your diet, is to add a scoop of phytos to your water. There are phytogreens, phytogolds and phytoreds.
With phytos, you can optimize total body wellness with the world’s most powerful blend of red, green and gold phytonutrients that work synergistically to help support digestive health, antioxidant capacity, vitality and more.
I am currently loving the taste of phytoreds, and actually mixed my jar or reds and greens together 🙂 I just add one quick scoop into my water bottle in the morning and drink it while I am getting ready.
When you find yourself feeling overwhelmed with trying to stay healthy, take a deep breath and remember to focus on what you can control. And, naturally boosting your immune system is something you can choose to control every single day. Try to block out the noise of everything going on in the world, and zone in on making your own health a priority. Take the steps needed to better yourself. If you are still feeling stressed out, send me an email and I will be happy to do a quick 1:1 health consultation with you so we can come up with a game plan!
