This is an easy, 6 ingredient recipe that comes together in just 5 minutes! Mix up the ingredients, cover it, and place in the fridge overnight for a quick grab-n-go breakfast in the morning!

Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups almond milk
8 tsp chia seeds or hemp seeds
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp almond extract
5 tbs maple syrup or agave nectar
Serves 4
Cooking Directions
- Combine all ingredients except oats in a small bowl. Stir
- Add oats, gently stir, make sure they are submerged
- Cover and place in fridge overight
- Enjoy as is or add berries, bananas, nut butters, etc.
