I wanted to make a fun, festive, healthy shake in honor of St. Patrick’s Day! Not only was this delicious, but it was SO filling!

Ingredients
- 3 cups Spinach 🥬
- 3 tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 1 tbsp Flaxseed
- ¼ tbsp Ginger
- ¼ tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Turmeric
- ½ Avocado 🥑
- ½ Apple 🍎
- 2 cups Milk 🥛 (Dairy-free)
- 3 scoops Protein Powder
- 1 ½ cups Water (cold)
Extras:
- 1/4 cup Mint
- 2 tbsp Honey or Agave Nectar
- Dairy Free Chocolate Milk (optional sub for original milk)
- Dairy Free Whipped Cream
Cooking Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Top with dairy free-whipped cream & enjoy!
