2 pieces of toast ( I use Silver Hills Sprouted Power Hemptation Bread )
Peanut Butter
Hemp Seeds
1 Banana
Walnuts
Cooking Directions
Toast your bread
Add peanut butter, a sliced up banana, walnuts and then sprinkle the top with hemp seeds.
