Avocado Toast has been a favorite of mine for a long time. I could honestly eat it for any meal! Avocados have so many health benefits! Adding arugula and balsamic vinegar on top gives it an extra tasty finishing touch!

Ingredients
2 pieces of toast ( I love Silver Hills Sprouted Power Hemptation Bread )
Avocado Mixture:
2 avocados
1 lime
Salt + Pepper
Hemp Seeds
Arugula
Balsalmic Vinegar
Tomatoes
Cooking Directions
Toast your bread
Prepare your avocado mixture:
Scoop out 2 avocados and mash with a fork. Mix in the juice from 1 lime and add salt + pepper to taste.
Top your toast with your avocado mixture, followed by diced tomatoes, hemp seeds, arugula and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
