This is my go-to pre or post-workout breakfast meal! My girls also request this meal almost every morning before school. It’s packed with so much protein that it will leave you satisfied for a very long time!

Ingredients
2 cups of Oats ( I use Bob’s Red Mill Old Fashioned Gluten Free Rolled Oats )
1 banana
1/4 cup of Hemp Seeds
a few drops of Agave Nectar
2 tbs Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1/4 cup Walnuts
Cooking Directions
Cook oats on stove as directed.
Add in all your toppings and mix together. My girls request chocolate chips on theirs and that makes them very happy!
