This is my go-to smoothie in the morning. It’s an anti-inflammatory, healthy colorful drink that is easy to make up and a great way to kick off your morning!

Ingredients
2 cups of Fruit ( I use a frozen mixture of pineapple, peaches, strawberries and mangoes for convenience )
1/2 tsp Tumeric powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
1 tbs Agave Nectar
2 tbs Hemp Seeds
4 cups of non-dairy milk
2 cups Water
Cooking Directions
Mix all together in a blender and enjoy!
