
This was a really tough full body workout from my trainer, Ryan. I used Ryan when I moved to Indy, who turned into one of my great friends. He helped me get in the best shape of my life after my third baby, and still gives me workout ideas from time to time!

Hanging knee tucks 12
Upper body/ lower body
Lat pull downs wide grip 4×12,10,8,8
Spilt squats 4×25 each leg
Lat pull downs reverse grip 4×12,10,8,8
Dumbbell stiff leg deadlifts 4×25
Final 50s
Push ups 50 reps total
Bench dips 50 reps total
Kettlebell squat jumps 50 reps total
( you can take breaks but the goal is to take the least amount of breaks as possible)
