
In attempt to get better organized with meal planning, I’ve decided to post my menu board each week. One of the most stressful things for parents can be figuring out what to feed your kids, especially on busy week nights. I’ve found that with a little bit of planning and some help from Pinterest, your meal time can be a lot easier. It doesn’t have to be hard! My hope is that my menu posts will give you some inspiration and ideas. And, if you aren’t a vegetarian or vegan, you can still use my recipes!
Monday- Spinach Salad & Tomato Pesto Pizza
Tuesday- Sautéed Spinach Salad and Eggless Egg Salad
Wednesday – Spaghetti Squash
Thursday – Miso Baked Tofu & Rice
Friday –Stuffed Peppers (Recipe coming this weekend!)
