My girlfriend gave me an idea about a year and a half ago called the Happiness Jar! Every day you write down one thing that makes you happy, or one thing that you are grateful for. It can be anything big or small that brings you joy in that given moment. On a day when you’re feeling sad, all you have to do is open up your happiness jar and you’ll have an instant mood booster! Lots of little reminders to keep moving forward. It’s a simple, effective way to focus on the attitude of gratitude.
