Sometimes you just need a really good burger to hit the spot! This Vegan, queso burger will fulfill your craving without leaving you feeling guilty. It is bursting with flavor and contains enough protein and condiments to leave you feeling satisfied. Try making this for your meat-eating friends and I promise they won’t even notice it is a plant-based burger!

Extras:
Homemade Guacamole:

Cooking Directions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat in avocado oil, cook your sliced peppers and onions with garlic, salt+ pepper and paprika.
- Add your burger patties to the pan ( best if thawed in fridge first per directions ) and cook on both sides
- Toast your buns or warm up in the oven.
- Add your shredded cheese to burgers just until melted at the very end.
- Build your burger! I spread vegan mayo on the bun, and top the burger with the sautéed peppers and onions, and then drizzle with queso and guacamole.
- Enjoy with sweet potato fries and/or tater tots!
