Here’s what Lindsay had to say about her experience:
“I began the L3 at home program 1/1/21 and I’m so beyond thankful Lindy selected me to try her program as I was totally stuck in a weight loss plateau and a cardio rut. I’m a SAHM and was 8.5 mos postpartum from having my daughter at the time. I had lost 50 of the 60lbs I gained rather quickly by running and my diet, but I was stuck and not loving how I looked or felt. At the time, I was either running on the treadmill or riding my peloton for a total of 4-5 days a week and doing push ups here and there.
Since starting L3, I’ve lost 13.7 lbs and 3% body fat! I run/cycle 6 days a week and do her program 4 of those days after a run or a ride. I love the convenience, and the variety of exercises that has me working muscle groups I normally wouldn’t (and should have been). I feel stronger physically and mentally than I have in years.
Having Lindy’s support and encouragement has helped pushed me and get back to feeling like the athlete I once was. I can’t wait to continue doing this program and see my progress in 3 more months!”
