
If you haven’t read my initial vitamin post, make sure to check it out. Vitamins have played a huge role in my family’s health. I’ve expanded our daily vitamin intake and I have noticed a big difference in our overall health! We haven’t been sick in a very long time, and are the healthiest we have all ever been.
These are the vitamins I give my children every day. My daughters are 4, 8 and *10 years old.

Elderberry:
Packed with antioxidants and vitamins to boost your immune system. Can help prevent and ease cold and flu symptoms.
Vitamin D:
Helps regulate the calcium and phosphate in your body. It’s needed to keep bones, teeth and muscles healthy.
Vitamin C:
Helps protect cells to keep the heathy. Also helps maintain healthy skin, blood vessels, bones and cartilage.
Turmeric:
A potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant and may also help improve symptoms of depression and arthritis. Can also help prevent heart disease.
Collidial Silver:
This is an incredible immune system booster and I take it twice a day and also give one dose to my kids every day. This has been KEY during the Winter and Covid!
Kids Daily Multi-Vitamin
Helps bridge some nutrient gaps so you can meet the recommended amount of nutrients.
*I also have been giving my 10 year old a few extra vitamins every day: Nettle Leaf, Cranberry, B12 and extra Turmeric ( she is a competitive gymnast and has a lot of aches and pains ). She is perfectly capable of swallowing capsules without any problem.
I couldn’t live without my pill box that I fill every Sunday with all my vitamins. Much easier than opening all of the vitamin containers every single day. It’s great for travel too. This one fits all my vitamins since there are 2 containers per day.
