| In July I started a brand new workout program. A hybrid powerlifting program – something completely out of my comfort zone, but I am so excited to see new results. It’s a 23 week program. |

Sonoma and Cora spent 2 weeks at Summer camp at Broadmoor. It was tennis, golf and swimming and they LOVED it! They both learned so much!! (including how to dive! )
