1st pony! |
A third time writing an official 18 month blog update, and I am sitting here once again, in disbelief! How is my little baby already been on Earth for 18 whole months? Blakesley Ann is pure and utter joy.

As I was taking this picture, B was tapping the floor next to her, asking for me to sit down beside her <3 |
We just got home from her 18 month Doctor’s visit. Blakesley is 32 inches tall and 21 lbs 10 oz.
Healthy. Happy. We couldn’t ask for more!
I enjoyed looking back and reading Cora’s 18 month update. And, Sonoma’s 18 month update. Wow, Blakesley reminds me so much of Cora at this age with what she is doing. She isn’t quite as advanced with her language skills in comparison to Sonoma and Cora, but doesn’t surprise me since she is our third baby. The girl has no reason to talk or walk when everyone else is always doing everything for her! Ha!
She absolutely loves her sleep. ( just like Cora! ). She is good for AT LEAST 13 hours of sleep a night. Loves her naps. Loves rocking, snuggling, and curling up on anyone’s lap for reading a book. Never cries when she wakes up, and would stay in her crib for an hour if you let her! So much like Cora that sense.
Blakesley loves her pacifiers and we try to limit them to sleep time. She loves blankets and is always snuggling up with different blankets all over the house. She is taking an interest in babies and taking care of them! She has a few favorite stuffed animals: Pinky the mouse, her eagle, lamb, light up dog and her soft pillow pet.
Blakesley cries for Elmo on the TV. She cries, “Elmo, Elmo!” She loves Sesame Street and that is her favorite show. I DVR all the new episodes so I can put them on when I need to cook or get something done during the day.
Blakesley is a good listener and loves to put things away, throw things away, and understands most everything I tell her! She is good at baby sign language and will sign, “please, thank you, more, all done, eat, bird, milk.”
I could go on and on about my sweet baby girl! She is love in its truest form and we are so proud of her!
