2019:
2019 was a monumental year of growth. There were many ups and downs, but all in all, I leave this year with a huge amount of gratitude. I am grateful for so many people and experiences who helped me become a better person. I set out on my mental restoration journey to find true happiness within myself. I learned to let go of guilt and worrying about what others thought. I will continue on the journey of being my authentic self and elevating myself to a higher level. Itβs a never ending journey and every day I am working to improve to be the best person I can be for myself, my family and the Universe.
2019 was our 2nd full year living back in Indianapolis and we embraced the beautiful city and all it has to offer. We traveled and had fun family adventures together to give our children a variety of experiences. Marcus and I decided to put our marriage first and go on weekly date nights, sometimes even more than once a week. I dove deeper into the plant based diet and I made my fitness more of a priority than ever before. I pushed myself really hard both mentally and physically and I am so excited to get started on my fitness and health goals for 2020! I added βCoachβ to my many titles, while still running my skincare business from home. I have so much love and gratitude for the entire year and am truly excited for 2020.
