
A lot of people come to me for advice about going plant-based. So many people want to do it, but have hesitations about missing certain foods or wondering what to replace them with. I’ve received a lot of messages this week, so I wanted to write a follow up post!
Personally, cutting out meat and fish was easy. Once we did it and did our research, we realized we did not ever miss it again. It’s the dairy that has been tough when we are not in our own home. It seems to be that way for a lot of people.
I encourage you to take 5 minutes to watch the below video. It is very informative, very real, honest and extremely disturbing. I am still trying to find the right movie/video that is appropriate to show my children, and when I do, I will definitely post about it. This has some adult language, so I would not show this to my children yet. I hope this helps push you to make a change!
