I love a good salad for lunch. I try to always have salad ingredients in my fridge so I can make a quick meal for lunch, or a side salad for dinner. I also make sure to top my salad with extra protein like hemp seeds, chia seeds and walnuts. Very easy and very filling!

Ingredients
Lettuce ( my favorites are spinach and arugula )
Carrots (purple are my favorite! )
Sliced Peppers
Celery
Sliced Cucumbers
Hemp Seeds
Walnuts
Chia Seeds
Dressing – my favorites are Primal Kitchen Lemon Tumeric Vinaigrette and Haven’s Kitchen Golden Tumeric Tahini
Cooking Directions
Slice up your vegetables and place on top of your lettuce.
Add your extras like hemp seeds, chia seeds and nuts
Drizzle with your favorite Vegan dressing!
