When it comes to exercise and fitness, the first step is committing to making the time.  There will ALWAYS be an excuse to do something else.

According to a recent Sports Medicine study, moving just 11 minutes a day can increase your lifespan!  How does a 10 minute workout sound now??

As a single mom of 3 young kids, I understand more than anyone that there just aren’t enough hours in the day to get it all done!  However, I am here to help and provide you with ideas for four quick 10 minute workouts when you are short on time, but don’t want to jeopardize your health in the long run:

1) Dance

I’ve been dancing throughout my whole life.  From lessons, to cheerleading, to dancing professionally in the NFL, dance has always been a part of my life. However, the most fun type of dancing is the spur of moment with your kids or when you’re with your friends.  My oldest daughter loves TikTok and always asks to teach me the latest tiktok dances.  It always turns out to be a great workout, yet it doesn’t really feel like you’re exercising!

2) Yoga

I love the Boho Beautiful 2 week Yoga Challenge workouts.  Try out one of the 10 minute yoga workouts.  You’ll feel better mentally + physically! I spent most of quarantine practicing yoga.  It was great to focus on stretching and something different,

 3) The 3 Week No Equipment Challenge

Download this challenge that you can do anywhere, at anytime.  Most of the workouts can be done in 10-15 minutes and are a variety of full body exercises

4) The 3 Week Booty Challenge

Download this challenge that will help you focus on toning and tightening your booty!  It takes 21 days to create a habit, which is why all my workout programs are 3 weeks long. I will help you get going with your fitness and set you up for long term success!

If anything, try to get outside for a 10 minute walk, especially if the sun is shining!  Vitamin D, fresh air + exercise is some of the best medicine you can give yourself, and it’s free!
