Sometimes you just want to focus on one area during your workout and you need something quick + effective!  This quick upper body workout will do the trick!

I’m slowly building up my upper body strength again! I was short on time this morning, but didn’t want to miss a Monday workout. Save this workout, give it a try & tag me ! 
  • Squats w/bands 3 X 20 (my legs were sore from my run yesterday so I needed something to get my legs moving! )
  • Weighted Tricep Dips (I used a 35 lb dumbbell but a plate is easier to balance if you have one 3 X 10
  • Chest Flys with a leg lift (works your abs too!) 3 X 10
  • Cable bicep curls 3 X 10
  • Upright rows 3 X 10
  • Single arm rows 3 X 10 each side 
  • Bicep Curls 3 X 10
