I recently partnered with Jessica McAllister, RD, a local Dietician, and together we hosted our first “Food and Fitness” virtual event.  Jessica led everyone through preparing a vegetarian enchilada casserole, and while the meal was baking in the oven, I led everyone through a workout.  We did a  30 minute, no equipment, full body workout to show people that they can have time to workout AND prepare a  healthy meal.
