You can’t put a price on good health.  Your health is everything!  I have been really into vitamins for over 4 years now.  I have expanded my daily vitamin intake and I swear that they have helped my health and immune system SO very much. I get asked all the time what vitamins I recommend and what really work. Here you go!  My complete daily vitamin list for myself, with links included! Kids vitamin post is coming! We haven’t been sick in a very long time, and along with a healthy diet and exercise, I know these vitamins have played a huge role in our good health. 

Elderberry:

Packed with antioxidants and vitamins to boost your immune system.  Can help prevent and ease cold and flu symptoms. 

Vitamin D:

Helps regulate the calcium and phosphate in your body.  It’s needed to keep bones, teeth and muscles healthy.

Vitamin C:

Helps protect cells to keep the heathy.  Also helps maintain healthy skin, blood vessels, bones and cartilage.

Milk Thistle:

Is known specifically for its liver protecting effects.  It also contains antioxidant, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties.  HAs been used to treat liver & gallbladder disorders, promote breast milk production (hello new Moms!) and to prevent and treat cancer.
 

 

Nettle Leaf:

It may reduce inflammation, hay fever symptoms, blood pressure and blood sugar levels

Cranberry:

Packed with antioxidants and can help reduce the frequency of urinary tract infections in some people. Also, they may promote heart health, improve blood sugar control, boost immunity and protect against cancer, cavities and stomach ulcers.

Dandelion Root:

It can aid in the treatment of many ailments, including acne, eczema, high cholesterol, heartburn, gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, and even cancer.

Turmeric:

A potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant and may also help improve symptoms of depression and arthritis. Can also help prevent heart disease.

B12:

Helps keep the body’s nerve and blood cells healthy and helps make DNA, the genetic material in all cells. Vitamin B12 also helps prevent a type of anemia called megaloblastic anemia that makes people tired and weak.

Collidial Silver:

This is an incredible immune system booster and I take it twice a day and also give one dose to my kids every day. This has been KEY during the Winter and Covid!

Echinacea Goldenseal:

Helps to boost the immune system in the body. If you are a person that gets colds quite often or if you suffer from the flu several times throughout the year, you might benefit from this!

Spirulina:

A potent source of nutrients. It contains a powerful plant-based protein called phycocyanin. Research shows this may have antioxidant, pain-relief, anti-inflammatory, and brain-protective properties. Many antioxidants in spirulina have anti-inflammatory effects in the body.

Kelp:

Kelp is high in antioxidants, including carotenoids and flavonoids, which help fight against disease-causing free radicals. Antioxidant minerals, such as manganese and zinc, help combat oxidative stress and may help protect cardiovascular health and prevent cancer.

Ginger:

Loaded with antioxidants, compounds that prevent stress and damage to your body’s DNA. They may help your body fight off chronic diseases like high blood pressure, heart disease, and diseases of the lungs, plus promote healthy aging.

Plant Based Calcium:

 

Helps build strong bones and teeth. regulating muscle contractions, including your heartbeat. making sure blood clots normally.

Women’s Daily Multi-Vitamin:

Helps bridge some nutrient gaps so you can meet the recommended amount of nutrients.

I couldn’t live without my pill box that I fill every Sunday with all my vitamins. Much easier than opening all of the vitamin containers every single day. It’s great for travel too.  This one fits all my vitamins since there are 2 containers per day.
